The name “Shelly” comes from my mother, Michelle. She was the most loving, strong, and creative person I knew. “Shelly” was her nickname and the name of my father’s and her’s first business – Shelly’s Deli. She was my sunshine in life and shared her love through the world with design, as a graphic artist. She lost her long term battle with Melanoma in June of 2016. After she passed I wanted to honor her memory in every way I could.
I graduated from the University of Central Florida with a degree in Event Management. Now with over 10+ years of hospitality experience, a passion for events, and creativeness to design – Shelly’s Event Company was born.
